Placing an order by the Client implies acceptance of the entirety of these general terms and conditions.
III. VALIDITY OF OFFERS
Our offers are directed only at individual consumers with a physical address. The site is available in several languages (see the flags at the bottom of the site).
Items visible on the site are available while stocks last.
In the event of payment or receipt for an unavailable item, POWER LAB commits to offering a credit or refund to the Client within 15 days.
Avenuegeorgev.com will notify the Client by email if they place an order for an unavailable item.
IV. PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, if any errors or omissions occur in the presentation, Avenuegeorgev.com cannot be held liable.
V. PRODUCT PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes. The VAT amount is specified when a product is selected by the Client. If the VAT rate changes, these changes may be reflected in the product prices without prior notice to the Client. Avenuegeorgev.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products are billed at the price in effect when the order is recorded.
For the rest of the world (e.g., DROM-TOM, Switzerland, and primarily outside the European Union), product prices are shown excluding taxes. Any order placed on the site and delivered outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties, imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. These customs duties and taxes related to delivery are the responsibility of the Client. Avenuegeorgev.com is not required to verify or inform the Client about applicable customs duties and taxes. By placing an order on the Site, the Client is considered the official importer and is required to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
VI. ORDER AND SECURE PAYMENT
The Client confirms their order as described below. This confirmation entails acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. A Client interested in an item displayed on the Avenuegeorgev.com website follows the process below to place an order. After clicking the "Confirm" icon and verifying the details of their order (color, quantity, size, price, etc.), the Client confirms their selection by clicking.
If the Client benefits from a special offer, they must enter the provided code in the designated field before proceeding. When placing their first order, the Client must complete a form with the following details: title, name, surname, full delivery address, email, date of birth, and phone number. At this time, the Client also creates a password. The Client may pay directly on the site using a bank card. After confirming the payment method, the Client irrevocably confirms their order as follows.
VII. IDENTIFICATION
Clients who have previously made a purchase on Avenuegeorgev.com can choose a password, allowing them to avoid re-entering their details for subsequent orders.
Clients already registered are recognized on the site as customers of Avenuegeorgev.com. The password provided to Avenuegeorgev.com customers is strictly confidential and personal and must not be disclosed or shared with anyone.
If a Client forgets or loses their password, they should promptly notify the site manager at contact@avenuegeorgevparis.com, who will issue a new password within 48 hours, replacing the previous one.
VIII. DELIVERY
Delivery times provided are based on the order date and are expressed in business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted). In cases of force majeure, Avenuegeorgev.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
IX. SATISFACTION OR REFUND
All items purchased on Avenuegeorgev.com can be returned. To qualify for returns, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must not have been worn outdoors. The product must be in new condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging in good condition.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.
- The return process must be followed as outlined.
X. HANDLING OF UNDELIVERED PARCELS
In cases where a parcel is returned for reasons such as "Address Not Known," "Unclaimed," or "Refused," Avenuegeorgev.com does not guarantee the reservation of ordered items and may proceed to refund the order if the products are no longer available.
XI. LIABILITY
Avenuegeorgev.com is only bound by a best-efforts obligation for all stages of site access, form completion, order placement, article delivery, and other services. Avenuegeorgev.com cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the internet, which is beyond its reasonable control, including disruptions in service, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses. In the case of force majeure, Avenuegeorgev.com is entirely exonerated from liability. Customers benefit from the guarantees provided by the brands represented on the site.
XII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Avenuegeorgev.com website, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents.
They are the exclusive property of Avenuegeorgev.com.
Any hyperlink directing to the Avenuegeorgev.com website, especially using framing, deep-linking, in-line linking, or any similar technique, is strictly prohibited.
In any case, any link, even implicitly authorized, must be removed upon simple request from Avenuegeorgev.com.

For fraud prevention purposes, POWER LAB may retain, for a limited time, information related to transactions carried out on its sites.
You can manage your subscriptions to newsletters, emails, and SMS or request to be removed from mailing lists in your account under the "My Subscriptions" section.
XIII.II Purposes of Data Collection
Personal data is collected solely for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, such as:
- Managing orders on the Site,
- Developing commercial statistics, conducting market and behavioral studies,
- Creating and managing prospect files, including technical operations such as normalization, enrichment, and deduplication,
- Carrying out customer management operations,
- Selecting a clientele for prospecting and promotional actions,
- Sending solicitations and promotional messages from POWER LAB. The Client can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of relevant emails,
- Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations,
- Combating fraud.
XIII.III Fraud Prevention
To combat fraud, POWER LAB has implemented a system that may:
- Request specific documents to secure the transaction once payment has been made if an automatic alert is triggered by your order details,
- Block your order if your customer account has previously been used to commit fraud,
- Provide your personal data to judicial authorities upon request or legal requisition.
XIII.IV Recipients of Collected Data
Only POWER LAB and external companies contractually linked to POWER LAB for processing the Client's order have access to the information provided. Categories of individuals who may access personal data within POWER LAB include, within their respective responsibilities, the commercial department, administrative services, technical service, and audit services (auditors, internal control procedures, etc.).
Public bodies, judicial officers, and debt collection organizations may also receive personal data exclusively to meet legal obligations.
XIII.V Retention of Personal Data
Data collected is retained for five years from the last transaction made on the Site or the last update to the Client's account.
In the absence of a new transaction or account update within five years, data related to the Client will be automatically deleted.
Certain banking data may be retained for thirteen months for fraud prevention purposes, starting from the last transaction made or account update. If the "Remember Me" box is checked, banking data may be reused for future orders.
XIII.VI Security
We take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of your personal data, preventing it from being altered, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties. Encryption and anonymization are among the methods used.
XIII.VII Cookies
Avenuegeorgev.com uses cookies to measure page views, visitor activity, and return frequency. A cookie does not identify the Client. It records information related to the Client's navigation on Avenuegeorgev.com (pages viewed, date, and time) and can be read during future visits.
Data collected by cookies is strictly for internal use and is never shared with third parties.
The use of cookies, either first- or third-party, that are not necessary for the Site's functionality requires the Client's explicit consent. Consent or objection to cookies can be managed through browser settings.
Some cookies, known as "advertising cookies," allow tracking of the Client's browsing and recording viewed products, which may then be used to display relevant or unrelated banners within 90 days. These cookies are linked to the Client's internet profile (without identifying them). Explicit consent is also required.
XIV. CONTESTS
Contests organized by Avenuegeorgev.com are free and without obligation to purchase. They are open to any person residing within the European Union. Contest winners are notified via email with their reward, such as a discount code or gift voucher for Avenuegeorgev.com. The voucher can be used once across the site (excluding promotions) and is not combinable with other offers.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are valid for three months, and gift vouchers for one year. If the voucher amount exceeds the order total, the remaining balance will be stored in the Client's voucher account for future use. If the voucher amount is less, the Client must pay the difference by card.
Avenuegeorgev.com does not disclose participant names or emails. By providing their email, participants automatically agree to receive newsletters. Avenuegeorgev.com reserves the right to postpone or cancel a contest and cannot be held liable for any issues during the event. Each household (same name, address, or IP) is eligible for only one prize per contest.
Returned items from a contest cannot be refunded or reused. Participation in the contest constitutes full acceptance of the rules. Avenuegeorgev.com reserves the right to amend the rules and prosecute fraud attempts.
XV. PRIVATE SALES
Products offered during Avenuegeorgev.com's private sales are accessible to those meeting at least two of the following conditions:
- Being a registered customer on Avenuegeorgev.com with a valid email and password.
- Receiving an invitation via email to the account's registered email address.
- Receiving at least one email from Avenuegeorgev.com.
