To combat fraud, Power Lab has implemented a system that may:


(I) Request certain supporting documents to secure the transaction after payment is made, in the event of an automatic alert triggered by information related to your order.


(II) Block your order if your customer account has previously been used for fraud.


(III) Provide your personal data upon request from judicial authorities in case of complaints or judicial requisitions.

 

IV. RECIPIENTS OF COLLECTED DATA

Only our company and external companies contractually linked to us for processing your order have access to the information you provide. Within Power Lab, the commercial department, administrative services, technical service, and control services (auditors, internal control procedures, etc.) may access your data to the extent of their respective roles. Public authorities, legal auxiliaries, ministerial officers, and debt recovery organizations may also receive your personal data exclusively to fulfill legal obligations.

 

V. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

The data we collect is retained from the date of your last transaction on the Site or the last update of your customer account. If there is no new transaction or update to your account within five years, your personal data will be automatically deleted. Certain banking data is retained for 13 months to combat fraud, starting from your last transaction or account update. When you check the "Remember" box, your banking data may be reused for future orders.
